FORD F-150 PAINT PROTECTION FILM CALGARY

The F-150 Takes More Road Abuse Than Most Vehicles

Ford F-150 owners put their trucks through conditions that would wreck a car’s paint in a season — gravel pit runs, construction sites, highway chip seal, and the kind of tailgating distance that means a constant stream of debris from the truck ahead. The F-150’s large flat hood and tall front fascia are directly in the line of fire, and a respray on a Ford SuperCrew hood and bumper can easily run $2,500–$4,000. Paint protection film costs less and lasts for years without requiring a respray.

Whether you drive a base XL, a fully loaded Limited, a Raptor, or an F-150 Lightning, we have a package that fits how you use your truck.

F-150 Trims We Install PPF On

We cover the full F-150 range: XL, XLT, Lariat, King Ranch, Platinum, Limited, Raptor, Raptor R, and F-150 Lightning (electric). Each trim level has slightly different bumper, hood, and fender geometry — we use computer-cut patterns specific to your model year and trim so coverage is precise, not generic. We also install on F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks.

PPF Packages for F-150 Trucks

Partial Front — Front bumper, leading edge of hood (24 inches), headlight clusters. The most affordable way to stop rock chip damage where it hits hardest on trucks.

Full Front — Full hood, full bumper, both front fenders, mirror covers. The most popular choice for F-150 owners who want solid protection without a full-body investment.

Full Front + Rockers — Full front coverage with rocker panels added. Rockers on trucks take heavy debris impact from all four tires — this closes a significant vulnerability.

3/4 Coverage — Full front, rockers, door panels, A-pillars, and partial rear. Good choice for Raptors and trucks that regularly leave paved roads.

Full Body — Every painted exterior panel protected. Full-body installs on an F-150 SuperCrew typically require two days in the shop.

Note on Bed Liner and Tonneau Covers

PPF is installed on painted exterior body panels — it is not a replacement for a spray-in bed liner, and it is not applied under a tonneau cover. If you want bed rail protection, we can cover the painted top surface of the bed rails as part of a larger package. We’re happy to clarify exactly what’s included in any package during your free quote consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do F-150 owners protect their trucks with PPF in Calgary?

F-150s tackle tough Calgary roads and Alberta weather, exposing them to constant paint threats. 3M film protects against stone chips, rust, and UV damage while maintaining your truck's appearance and value.

What areas of my F-150 need the most protection?

Hood, front bumper, rocker panels, and bed are critical zones. We recommend comprehensive coverage on these high-impact areas to shield against gravel, salt spray, and weather exposure.

Can I protect just the bed of my F-150?

Bed-only protection is a popular option for work trucks. This cost-effective approach defends your truck's most visible work surface against cargo scratches, weather, and UV fading.

Does paint protection film prevent rust on my F-150?

PPF acts as a moisture barrier, preventing water and salt from reaching your truck's original paint. This significantly reduces rust risk on rocker panels during harsh Calgary winters.
